Overview
Vankor sits in the East Siberian Arctic, far from roads, and was developed by Rosneft with a pipeline linking it to the trunk network that feeds the ESPO route to Asia. Its output peaked above 400,000 barrels per day, and it anchors the Vostok Oil cluster.
